  How long will my Lithium batteries last for my TPAQ 21?
  
  Answer:
  The life of Lithium batteries depends on the length of your kiln cycle, the sample rate you select and if you are using telemetry or not. You should receive up to 200 hours if telemetry is used, and 330 hours if it is not.

  How far can radio telemetry work?
  
  Answer:
  In an "open field", radio telemetry can work up to 650 ft. When transmitting from inside a kiln, the transmission signal is reduced from the layers of insulation, brick and steel. For this reason, Datapaq’s telemetry system utilizes high quality transmitting and receiving antennas. In large applications we can connect multiple antennas to ensure the signal is received clearly throughout the process.

• Question:
  Is it possible to export the information to Excel? How do I do that?
  
  Answer:
  Yes. Place your cursor over the graph area and right click. Select "Copy" from the menu and a window comes up asking what information you want to copy (i.e. Raw Data (by data point), a picture of the graph, etc). Choose what information you want to copy, click "OK". Go to the Excel file in which you want to drop the information. Paste the data as you normally would paste information in Excel (e.g. right click your mouse and select paste, drop down your "Edit" menu and select paste, etc).
